Welcome to the Jugendgästehaus Gerlosplatte!

In February 2020 we opened the new Jugendgästehaus Gerlosplatte in the Zillertal Arena for you. Only the name has stayed the same – everything else is brand new. In the house you can look forward to several trampolines with a foam pit, a climbing wall, a soccer hall, a gym, a pump track and much more. You will find detailed information about the house and more pictures further down under "Accommodation". The house is located at 1,700 m and of course you have the ski area right on your doorstep again. 150 km of slopes (49 km blue, 87 km red, 11 km black, 3 km ski route) guarantee plenty of action. No ski bus, no waiting, just set off. If the road is covered in snow, you can ski right up to the house's own ski room after a great day on the slopes. The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal and, thanks to its altitude of up to 2500 m and the numerous snow-making facilities, snow is guaranteed until Easter. For the more advanced there are off-piste descents, race and movie runs and a total of three fun parks. In addition, with 1.930 metres of vertical drop the Zillertal Arena has one of the longest valley runs in Austria. Beginners can look forward to 47 km of blue slopes, where they can practise what they have just learned. For the more advanced there is voluntary guided skiing with our camp leaders, so that you can find your way around the largest ski area in the Zillertal as quickly as possible. Are you a beginner and would like to book a ski or snowboard course? You will find the contact for the nearby ski school under "Programme". After the slopes you can relax wonderfully in one of the two sauna areas in the house on our roof terrace – with a magnificent view over Hochkrimml and Königsleiten. In the evening our camp leaders put together a varied programme for you (shows, games, tournaments, party night at the Bergliebe Club etc.). Taking part in our activities is of course always voluntary. Sun, snow and your best friends – that's all you need for the perfect ski & snowboard camp at the Jugendgästehaus Gerlosplatte. Getting there

The outward journeys on our ski camps for 18-25-year-olds usually take place overnight. Depending on your pick-up point, you board in the evening, at night or early in the morning. All our coaches have reclining sleeper seats. Make yourselves really comfortable on the coach and use the overnight journey to sleep, so that you can really get going on the slopes on the day of arrival. You can choose your pick-up point when you book. You will receive the link to your personal customer centre with all the information with your booking confirmation by email. About 4 weeks before the trip starts, you will also find the information about your pick-up there. You will also find the information on whether your chosen pick-up point will be served in the customer centre – the pick-up points with a surcharge in Münster, Dortmund and Düsseldorf are only served from 5 people – . If this is not the case, you will be assigned to the nearest pick-up point.

The times given here are provisional. The binding times will be set 7 days before the trip starts. As a rule, the times given below may still change by approx. +/- 60 minutes. We reserve the right to change the pick-up points again if necessary.
