Many of our camp leaders are former participants themselves and know exactly how it feels. They are available around the clock. The programme follows the motto “Everyone can, nobody has to” – so everyone finds their place in the group.

Don't worry – after 3–4 days a great group spirit has usually developed. A longer trip often means an even more intense experience and closer friendships.

The amount of pocket money needed depends on age, destination and personal spending wishes. For small snacks, souvenirs or optional extras, a modest amount is usually enough.

You will receive all the important information in good time before the trip with your travel documents. Please make sure that the necessary ID documents, insurance papers and, where applicable, consent forms are complete.

We have zero tolerance for discrimination, radicalism, violence, drugs and xenophobia. Anyone who does not follow the rules may be excluded from the trip.

On our camps there is at least one camp leader for every 10 children or young people.

The German Youth Protection Act applies: beer and wine are allowed from the age of 16, cigarettes from 18. Spirits are strictly prohibited. Under 16, alcohol is completely off limits.

Our camp leaders are at least 18 years old and at least 2 years older than the participants. All leaders complete annual training in law, first aid, education and conflict resolution.

The safety of our participants is our top priority. Our camp leaders can be reached around the clock and make sure that all programme activities take place under safe conditions.

Clear rules of conduct apply to all participants so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable. For minor breaches, our camp leaders will first have a talk with the participant. In the case of serious or repeated breaches of the rules, the parents may be informed. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the trip early.

We organise the entire journey there and back for you:

• The coaches depart from various pick-up points in Germany.

• Whether it is a daytime or an overnight journey, you can see in your customer centre.

• You will receive the exact departure times and pick-up points about 4 weeks before the trip starts.

• Our team will welcome you at the destination.

Yes, travelling there independently is generally possible. Please let us know when you book so that we can coordinate the meeting point on site. In this case, the trip price is reduced by the coach share - we will be happy to give you the exact details on request.

Whether it is an overnight or a daytime journey, you will find out in your customer centre. You will receive the link with your booking confirmation. The exact departure times are fixed about 4 weeks before the trip.

In this case, please contact the emergency number provided immediately. Together we will find a solution for the onward journey as quickly as possible

Our trips offer a varied programme:

• Sports and outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, skiing depending on the season)

• Creative workshops and team building

• Excursions in the surrounding area

• Evening programme and group activities

Taking part in all activities is voluntary - everyone can decide for themselves what they feel like doing.

In our experience, it takes about 3-4 days for firm groups to form and friendships to develop. That is why we recommend longer trips - that leaves plenty of time for really intense experiences and close friendships. Especially at the start, our camp leaders make sure that nobody is left on their own and that everyone settles into the group well.

Yes – disco visits are organised. The young people travel there and back by coach, and camp leaders are always with them. Going out alone at night is not allowed.

Participants stay in age-appropriate shared rooms, separated by gender. When allocating rooms, we make sure that participants feel comfortable and make friends as quickly as possible.

Yes. A structured daily routine with shared meals, activities and plenty of free time provides orientation and a pleasant atmosphere together.

Even when it rains, there's no time to get bored. For days like these, alternative indoor activities and a varied back-up programme are available.

Yes, a cancellation or change of booking is possible. Our terms and conditions apply:

• The earlier you cancel, the lower the cancellation fees.

• Rebooking to another date or another trip is possible subject to availability.

• We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in case of illness.

No, you don't have to pay straight away. You will receive the invoice about 4 weeks before the trip starts. The full amount must be transferred no later than 2 weeks before departure.

Yes, the rental equipment is added to your invoice. The costs are therefore included in the trip.

No, insurance is not automatically included in the trip price. However, we recommend taking out additional travel cancellation insurance and trip interruption insurance.

Yes! You can add suitable insurance directly when you book. We work with experienced travel insurers and are happy to advise you on which cover makes sense.

Yes, your statutory health insurance generally covers you in other European countries too. Please note, however, that not all services abroad are fully covered and additional costs may arise.

For medical treatment abroad, the following also applies: as a rule, the costs have to be paid up front. These costs are initially covered by the tour operator and then invoiced to you or your parents once you are back in Germany. The amount must then be paid within 14 days.

To make sure you and your parents are financially protected, we strongly recommend taking out additional travel health insurance. It covers costs that statutory health insurance does not and protects you from unexpected expenses.
