Ski/Snowboard Camp Zillertal Arena
Welcome to the Jugendgästehaus Gerlosplatte!
In February 2020 we opened the Jugendgästehaus Gerlosplatte in the Zillertal Arena for you. Only the name has stayed the same, everything else is brand new. In the house you can look forward to several trampolines with a foam pit, a climbing wall, a soccer hall, a pump track, a mini halfpipe and much more. You will find detailed information about the house and more pictures further down under "Accommodation". The house is at an altitude of 1,700 m and of course you have the ski area right on your doorstep again. 150 km of slopes (49 km blue, 87 km red, 11 km black, 3 km ski route) guarantee plenty of action. No ski bus, no waiting, just set off. If the road is covered in snow, after a great day on the slopes you can ski right up to the house's own ski room. The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal and, thanks to its altitude of up to 2500 m and the numerous snow-making systems, snow is guaranteed until Easter. For advanced skiers there are off-piste descents on the ski routes, race and movie runs and a total of three fun parks. In addition, with 1,930 metres of vertical drop, the ski area has one of the longest valley runs in Austria. Beginners can look forward to 47 km of blue slopes, where they can practise what they have just learnt perfectly. On this ski camp we offer all beginners free ski or snowboard lessons, and for advanced skiers there is guided skiing so that you find your way around the largest ski area in the Zillertal as quickly as possible. Advanced skiers may – provided your parents give their permission on the consent form – ski through the ski area on their own in groups of 3. But you can also ski in a group with a camp leader. Either way, our team can be reached at any time. After the slopes you can relax wonderfully on our roof terrace – with a magnificent view over Hochkrimml and Königsleiten. In the evening our camp leaders put together a varied programme for you (shows, games, wellness etc.). You are also welcome to end the day with a few cool beats in the house's own disco. Sun, snow and your best friends – you need nothing more for the perfect ski & snowboard camp. We look forward to seeing you!

Please note: the Jugendgästehaus Gerlosplatte is located at 1.700m. In snowfall, snow chains or four-wheel drive are essential.
Coach travel there/back:
The outward journey is overnight. Depending on your pick-up point, you board the coach in the evening, at night or early in the morning. The return journey is during the day. Departure from the Gerlosplatte (Hochkrimml) is at around 9:30 am. You can choose your pick-up and drop-off point when you book.
You will receive the link to the customer centre with your booking confirmation. About 4 weeks before the trip starts, the customer centre will show you the provisional departure and arrival times as well as whether the pick-up points with a surcharge in Münster, Dortmund and Düsseldorf (at least 5 people per pick-up point) will be served or whether we have rebooked you to the nearest transfer point. You will find the binding times in the customer centre 7 days before the trip starts. The provisional times below may still change by +/- 90 minutes. We reserve the right to change the departure addresses again if necessary.

- 1x travel bag/backpack (suitcases are not allowed). Maximum weight: 23 kg. Maximum dimensions: 80cm x 40cm x 40cm (= 128 litres volume). We reserve the right not to transport luggage if the maximum weight and/or maximum dimensions are exceeded.
- 1x ski or snowboard equipment (skis or board + bag for boots and helmet)
- 1x pillow
