At YOUNGSTAR TRAVEL, everyone should feel at ease and have a really great time. To make that happen, it is important that we look out for each other, treat each other with respect and accept other people's boundaries.
Sometimes there are situations that feel strange, uncomfortable or just not right. If that happens, you do not have to deal with it on your own. You can talk to us at any time – no matter what has happened.

If you feel uncomfortable, are being pressured, or a situation crosses your personal boundaries, talk to us.
Whether something was said or done that makes you uncomfortable, or you simply have a feeling that something is not right – you do not have to deal with it on your own.
You do not have to be sure whether something is „bad enough“ to speak up.
Even if you are unsure or do not know exactly how to categorise a situation, you can contact us at any time.

Please get in touch even if you have seen a situation involving someone else and have a feeling that something is not right.
You do not have to judge the situation yourself or find a solution. Just talk to us – together we will see what needs to be done.

We are aware that parents, teachers and group leaders carry a special responsibility for the children and young people on our trips.
That is why we want to be transparent about who participants can turn to, and about the fact that concerns, uncertainties and observations are taken seriously by us.
