At YOUNGSTAR TRAVEL, everyone should feel comfortable and have a really good time. For that, it is important that we look out for each other, treat each other with respect and accept other people's boundaries.
Sometimes there are situations that feel strange, uncomfortable or just not right. If that happens, you don't have to deal with it on your own. You can talk to us at any time – no matter what has happened.

If you feel uncomfortable
If you feel uncomfortable, are being pressured or a situation crosses your personal boundaries, talk to us.
Whether something was said or done that made you feel uncomfortable, or you simply have the feeling that something is not right – you don't have to deal with it on your own.
You don't have to be sure whether something is “bad enough” to speak up.
Even if you are unsure or don't know exactly how to judge a situation, you can come to us at any time.

Have you noticed something?
Please also come to us if you have noticed a situation involving someone else and have the feeling that something is not right.
You don't have to judge the situation yourself or find a solution. Just talk to us – together we will work out what to do.

For parents, teachers and group leaders
We are aware that parents, teachers and group leaders have a special responsibility for the children and young people on our trips.
That is why we want to make it clear who participants can turn to and that concerns, uncertainties and observations are taken seriously by us.
