You enjoy spending time with children and young people, taking on responsibility and creating experiences? Then you've come to the right place. You accompany our camps, school trips and travel groups, help shape the programme, lead outdoor activities and, together with your team, create unforgettable moments.
Before the summer season, our training courses prepare you perfectly for your tasks. Topics such as law, first aid, education and conflict resolution are covered, along with practical tips for everyday life on the road.
House manager Schönfeld
You love the mountains, like to roll up your sleeves and keep track of things even when it gets a little hectic? For our Familien- und Jugendgästehaus Schönfeld we are looking for a committed house manager (m/f/d) from December 2026 to March 2027. You can look forward to responsibility for the running of the house, looking after our guest groups, managing staff and varied working days right in the middle of the Austrian Alps. Free board & lodging, your own room with bathroom and a ski pass for Schönfeld & Katschberg included. What we expect from you:

- Staff scheduling & coordination of all internal house workflows
ASSISTANT HOUSE MANAGER / GUEST SERVICES
Winter, mountains & a job with plenty of variety! For our Jugendgästehaus Gerlosplatte we are looking for support for the house management and guest services (m/f/d) from November 2026 to April 2027. You are the contact person for our guest groups, take care of organisational tasks and help oversee the Stüberl, kiosk and games & sports area. Free board & lodging, your own room with bathroom and a ski pass for the Zillertal Arena included. What we expect from you:
