Camp leader

You'll look after youth groups in our youth guest houses in Austria. Action-packed programme, evening entertainment and unforgettable moments included.
- Minimum age: 18
- Experience with youth groups is an advantage

Do you enjoy travelling with children and young people, taking on responsibility and creating experiences? Then you've come to the right place. You'll accompany our camps, school trips and travel groups, actively help shape the programme, lead outdoor activities and, together with your team, create unforgettable moments.
Before the summer season, we'll prepare you thoroughly for your tasks in our training sessions. Topics such as law, first aid, pedagogy and conflict resolution are covered, as well as practical tips for everyday life on the road.
House manager Schönfeld
M/F/D
Do you love the mountains, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and keep an overview even when things get a bit more hectic? For our family and youth guest house Schönfeld, we are looking for a committed house manager (m/f/d) from December 2026 to March 2027. You can expect responsibility for running the house, looking after our guest groups, staff management and a varied working day in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Free board & lodging, your own room with bathroom and a ski pass for Schönfeld & Katschberg included.

ASSISTANT HOUSE MANAGER / GUEST CARE

Winter, mountains & a job with plenty of variety! For our youth guest house Gerlosplatte, we are looking for support for the house management and guest care (m/f/d) from November 2026 to April 2027. You will be the point of contact for our guest groups, take care of organisational tasks and keep an eye on the running of the Stüberl, kiosk and games & sports area. Free board & lodging, your own room with bathroom and a ski pass for the Zillertal Arena included.

For our youth guesthouse Gerlosplatte in Austria, we are looking for a committed caretaker (m/f/d) who thinks ahead, pitches in and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
