Our sports guesthouse
in Unterberg, set in the beautiful Kössen valley, sits at around 700 m above sea level and is just a few metres from the slopes. No need for a ski bus — instead, you can strap on your skis or snowboard first thing in the morning and be among the first ones on the piste.
The Hochkössen ski area offers 35 kilometres of slopes ranging from 650 to 1,750 metres in altitude — perfect for beginners and intermediate skiers alike. The ski resorts of Fieberbrunn and Waidring are also highly recommended and just a few minutes away by car, with wide carving runs and professional snow parks featuring kickers and rails.
