A family holiday in the mountains. At our Sportgästehaus Unterberg in Kössen, Austria, you will find perfect conditions for a great family holiday. The house has a 6,500 m² outdoor area with in-ground trampolines, a parkour area, climbing wall, football and volleyball pitch and much more. The Kaiserwinkl region also offers great opportunities for hiking, cycling and swimming.

Families are also very welcome at our lovely Sportgästehaus Unterberg in Kössen! To make sure you never get bored, the region offers lots of options for a varied programme. If you like things really wild, you can book activities such as rafting or canyoning. Or how about a trip to the Wörgl leisure pool (approx. 40 minutes by car)? Accommodation
The sports guesthouse is located right at the foot of the Unterberg in Kössen, flanked by the Kaiser mountains in the heart of the Kaiserwinkl region. For free time, the house offers games rooms with table tennis tables, table football, air hockey, billiards and darts. Sports equipment and board games can be borrowed free of charge. The TV room is ideal for a cosy film afternoon. Adults can relax in the sauna with steam room and relaxation room. The 6,500 m² outdoor area with football goals, in-ground trampolines, slackline, basketball hoop, volleyball net, fire pit and the house's own pool guarantees loads of action and fun! The house also has free Wi-Fi. Depending on the number of people and the age of your child(ren), you and your family will be accommodated in a multi-bed room (for your sole use) with bunk beds and, depending on availability, with or without shower/WC. Double rooms with shower/WC are also available. Please bring your own travel cots for children up to and including 3 years. Please note that the Sportgästehaus Unterberg is accommodation that specialises in children and young people. Youth groups (up to the age of 15) may therefore be staying at the same time.
Getting there
You can reach us from Munich and Salzburg in just over an hour each. On the Inntal motorway, take the Oberaudorf exit and turn towards the border crossing. Go through Niederndorf, past the Walchsee, keep straight on, in Kössen go straight over the roundabout, about 1 km later turn right, follow the signs to the Hochkössen mountain railways, drive past the lift on the right, another 100 m up the hill and you're with us. There are plenty of parking spaces for cars at the house. Address: Sportgästehaus Unterberg Thurnbichl 55 6345 Kössen / Austria. There are enough parking spaces right at the house.
