Accommodation

The Sportgästehaus is located right at the foot of the Unterberg in Kössen, flanked by the Kaisergebirge mountains in the heart of the Kaiserwinkl region. For leisure time, the house offers games rooms with table tennis tables, table football, air hockey, billiards and darts. Sports equipment and board games can be borrowed free of charge. The TV room is ideal for a cosy afternoon at the cinema. Adults can relax in the sauna with steam bath and relaxation room. The 6500 m² outdoor area with football goals, in-ground trampolines, slackline, basketball hoop, volleyball net, fire pit and the house's own pool guarantees plenty of action and fun! The house also has free Wi-Fi. You and your family will be accommodated, depending on the number of people and the age of the child(ren), in a multi-bed room (for your sole use) with bunk beds and, depending on availability, with or without shower/WC. Double rooms with shower/WC are also available. Travel cots for children up to and including 3 years old must be brought with you. Please note that the Sportgästehaus Unterberg is accommodation that specialises in children and young people. It is therefore possible that youth groups (up to the age of 15) will be staying at the same time.

Getting here

You can reach us from Munich and Salzburg in a good hour each. On the Inntal motorway, take the Oberaudorf exit and turn towards the border crossing. Drive through Niederndorf, past the Walchsee, always straight ahead, and in Kössen go straight on through the roundabout. About 1 km later, turn right, follow the signs to the Hochkössen mountain railways, drive past the lift on the right, go another 100 m up the hill and you have arrived.
